| What Tim lacks in physical fitness he more than makes up for with ability. Over the years and variations of Hardway franchises, he has always been a factor. His willingness to better himself when he is already at what most would consider the top of their game is evidenced by his attempt at becoming a switch hitter in softball. Each quality team has role players, and Tim's is definatly one of self sacrifice. Who else would be willing to not only whiff a spike but also take a hit to the head in the process just to lighten up a mood in a tense game?
