| Cody is a founding member of Hardway, and currently plays on both brands of Hardway (Softball and Volleyball). He is the manager of the 2005 and the 2006 Hardway softball teams. Cody comes to Hardway via Edmond, Oklahoma, like many present and past Hardway stars have. At a trim 167 pounds, Cody is somewhat lanky, but provides great range due to his enormously long arms. On the volleyball court, Cody is an artist, creating hits that were unheard of before Hardway came to be. His "Wilted Cabbage Leaf" backhand is now being used the world over, as is its new incantation, "The Ike Turner".
