Wow, that seems like a lifetime ago. I remember the doctor telling me to gain some weight!!!!! I doubt anyone will ever tell me that again!!!!! Thank you so much for starting this challenge. I love being a part of it. I'ts helping to keep me accountable, and I love all of the stories and tips. I exercise at least 5 times per week. I love The Firm tapes and am currently doing those 3 times a week and walking my 2 year old husky 5 miles on the other 2 days. It's really cold here, so I'm not getting outside as much as I would like to. |
