So many towns, so many places,
Although I'm still young,
I feel so damn old,
So much has happened,
My story's been told.
As I sit here not wanting to go on,
I know deep inside my time on Earth is not done,
What it is that I have left to do,
The good Lord only knows,
One day I will too.
When that day comes,
I pray that I'm through,
fullfilled all the dreams I want to pursue,
If I haven't it'll be ok,
I've lived life to the fullest,
each and every day.
Take it from me people young and old,
Never let yourself be sold,
short of your passions, dreams, and desires,
short of the memories you're making each hour.
Think of your loved ones, family, and friends,
Because enevitably it will come to an end.
So let them know more each day,
How much you love them and they will always stay,
Dear to you, close to your heart,
That you will forever love them,
Till death do you part.............
