there really is no beginning of the story of the sshhh... sha-Osh airship.
DW and Grant met at the Haircut Party. Years later they were the best friends Seattle could've hoped to've had. Then Tennis Pro couldn't make it to the huge Teapot in TacTown so DW asked if his pal Grant could play. Most said, "sure." Next, DW + Grant practised nite and day for over 2 hours and had themselves a batch of songs. Grant mainly played the guit and sang and DW mainly played the drums, but they'd switched around some. That show went well and we changed our name from "Sha-Osh" to "shh, Sha-Osh" to "the sshhh... sha-Osh airship" all during the show. and many friends were there and it was wonderful. Now we are huge and we'll have a picture disc LP soon. This is my favorite band!
