Crystal Ring:  There are 2 ways in which to get a crystal ring (CR). The     first way is to kill Gyath'aar, the man who occasionally will have one. (He is also the npc that has Shining Black Bracelets (SBB). Do not attempt to kill him if you are under level 16 as it would be suicide.  The more common way to get the ring is to gamble for it. You need to gather a bunch of rings from elsewhere in the lands of MS and then hitchhike to Bazzinia. From the drop-off point go north, down, 5 east, northeast, 4 north, kill the priest, search altar, enter passage and if he has a ring, type gamble ring. Keep gambling rings until he drops the crystal ring. Good Luck!

Certhunia Pub:  Another way of restoring your mental and physical  is to eat food. In the of Certhunia, there is a little pub with a limited, but satisfying selection of food and drink.  To get there from Square of Arrivals, go 2 north, 6 west, 8 south, east. You must enjoy your meal there as take-outs are not allowed.

Bazzinia Tea Room:  When you are too full to eat another bite, and too drunk to see straight, there is another way to regain full bars. That is to enjoy a spot of tea. This tea is non-alcoholic so you can drink it even if you are too drunk for booze.  The tea shop is in bazzinia, so to get there you need to hitchhike bazzinia, north, down, 5 east, northeast,
east and north. You must sip your tea there!
