Yesmy heart has been enlightened, for now anyway. Todays cool sea breeze and warm sunshine bring peace to my mind and Before Percival could finish, his sharp eyes had caught something in the distanceyes there on the sand, a black figure lay. I see something over there Peter, said Percival pointing to the direction of the body. Lets go and see. Before Peter could answer, Einber galloped down the sand.

*

Einber neighed high stamping his front legs on the sand, snorting lightly as Percival pulled the reins. Percival immediately dismounted and approached while a little back the cries of Peter could be heard. Careful Master, do not go so close
Upon nearing the figure Percival realised that it was the body of a maiden, her rich black robe tattered and torn. Percival knelt down, gently turned her head around. For a moment Percival was dazzled, almost stunned, for what beheld his gaze was that of a delicate face, with beauty radiating from her fine features. Her long jet black hair, thrown back, her lush eye lashes, her pale lips It was as if Percival had gazed into some past forgotten goddness
The cries of Peter snapped Percival out of his thoughts Master ! Master ! Stay away for she is a Druchi ! Turning around Percival saw that Peter had already bow in hand and was notching a arrow.
Peace Peter for she is nothing but a maidenbattered and bruised I suspect, nothing more. said Percival as he gently placed his ear near her chest, detecting if there was any pulse. Quick Peter, she is alive. Gather some wood and kindle a fire immediately for I fear she is chilled to the bone.
Butbut Master, Peter stammered. Sheshe is a Druchi, a Dark Elf witch
She is a injured maiden, requiring aid Peter. Gather a fire now lest I do it myself. said Percival sternly as he caressed her face softly, stroking back her slightly messed hair.
Yes Master, right away answered Peter. With that he quickly darted off into in search of firewood thinking to himself If theres one fault with Percival is that hes too damn kindone day hell learn that people dont not repay kindness with kindness.
