From Prince Ave or from the North Perimeter (loop 10) take Chase St north about half a mile from the perimeter. Chase St ends at the traffic light, continue through the intersection with a slight lean to the right and you will be on Dairy Pak Rd(or Dr) and a 1/4 mile on the left is Georgia Power.
