We have put a bid down on the land on top of the hill.  It has a beautiful view and we have thought out plans for building.  It's about 8 minutes from town and has water, electric and a septic.  The neighbors are nice and one has a donkey that heehaws every once in a while.  We will find out more about the bid on monday.  We have a backup land north of Athens if this doesn't work out.  Soon...soon...
