so we thought the house was not on the market yet because the bank just bought it back 2 weeks ago, the foreclosure made it hard to track the sale, but we checked with the bank and the realtors the next day and found out a sale was pending and there was also a back up buyer. so now we are back on the search again for a house and getting a little worn down. hopefully we will have more for you soon,
