Do something positive for your health. e.g. exercising, dieting, meditating, not smoking.

Be totally honest - no bluffing. If you don't know, admit it.

Do something you've been putting off.

Ask yourself before you speak, "Is it true? Is it kind?" If not, don't say it.

Make a conscious effort to be agreeable; talk softly, act courteously and listen. Don't try to improve anyone but yourself.

Have a plan. It will relieve hurry and indecision.

Have a quiet time to relax and reflect.
(Matthew 21:22; Phillipians 4:6-7)

Be unafraid; have courage to do what is right and be responsible for your actions. Realize that as you give to the world, it will give to you.
