| March 4, 2002 - Jeff and I are still contemplating buying a new house. We can't really make up our minds if we do or if we don't! I like the idea of Optima Homes and Woodhaven Homes because for about the same price, I could get a brand new home. But the areas they are building right now are out of place for Jeff and I. | March 7, 2002 - A Management Lesson A crow was sitting on a tree, doing nothing all day. A small rabbit saw the crow, and asked him, "Can I also sit like you and do nothing all day long?" The crow answered, "sure, why not." So the rabbit sat on the ground below the crow and rested. All of a sudden a fox appeared, jumped on the rabbit and ate it. Management Lesson - To be sitting doing nothing, you must be sitting very very high up. |

| March 9, 2002 Today, Jennifer, Sesalee, and I went shopping looking for a wedding dress. I bought it at Bridesmart in Dallas off of 635 and Preston. I'm excited!! I have the type of invitations pretty much narrowed down, everything is really coming together. I'm about to get all of our stuff registered. I know we will register at Target and possibly Dillards. And I'm thinking I will register at Sears because I like their sheets, comforters, and towels. Just click here to the direct link to our registry page. |
| March 12, 2002 Not much going on right now that's all that great! Work has kept me busy the past couple days, but today was fun where we worked on a new Gamestop store in Euless, TX. Today for lunch we all (about 15 of us) went to Subway (which corporate paid for) but Subway didn't like us too much due to the line. While waiting in line, I asked Kim if we were getting stamps and she said she wasn't going to even ask that question! I also got to see some pictures of the first set of pictures of Bryan's new baby from the sonogram! His wife Joanna is due sometime in July 2002, and Bryan said I could be an "aunt" because they don't have any sisters! Actually, it'll be fun to spoil her just because I can! =) I also added an email I had sent to my brother that he replied to quite funny toward my wedding. Randy will be an usher and while I was looking for invitations, I found a page that said USHER RESPONSIBILITES and emailed them to him as a joke......click here...
