Well, Jeff and I went to
Stonebriar mall today after running a bill into The Colony and dropping off all the checks to deposit.  We saw Men in Black 2 which was good.  We ate lunch at Chick-Fil-A and then bought him two new books at Barnes and Noble along with a new quilt and sheets at Sears for me (and him...he is sleeping in the bed!)
  We went to
Target and bought a new water hose, a measuring tape (b/c Jeff needed it b/c it was on Clearance!), some food, and we had to buy two toys for JEFF!  He found toys that are made my Lego called LEGO BIONICLE.  He enjoyed putting them together.

David Rollins came over for dinner.  I made bbq chicken in the crock pot like mom had told me how too and did mashed potatoes.  I made instant mashed potatoes due to time, tiredness, and the fact I didn't have enough potatoes.  I wish I would have made real ones though, they would have tasted so much better.  We also ate green beans and jeff cooked some biscuits to go along with dinner.  Overall it was a nice meal.
Well, that's about it for the day.  The rest of it was spent working on laundry.  I am off tomorrow and am going to try to get myself to clean the bathrooms, sweep and mop kitchen and bathrooms, and vacuum.  I can do that...most of laundry is done.  Knowing myself I will grab all the rugs tomorrow morning and wash those b/c I won't put them back down until I mop.  Let's hope it works!  =)

Well, I was very productive today like I said I would be.  I cleaned both bathrooms, swept and mopped the bathroom, kitchen, and hallways.  I even vacuumed the downstairs.

We are about to be POUNDED by rain in about 30 minutes probably.  I walked out back around 9:15pm to let Tito go to the bathroom and to the North it was lightning non-stop.
Check out the radar!

Well, Jeff is home.  I am going to say hi and see how his day was!

(Well, the rain broke up a bit and we didn't get ANY.  Oh well, it was pretty from a distance, but probably not under it!)

Well, we had an eventful Sunday.  We didn't go to church but Jeff made breakfast of homemade pancakes and bacon.  Then we all got around and went and saw
Lilo and Stitch at 12:40pm at Stonebriar Mall.  After the movie we needed to go to Target and bought Roland some of his school supplies.  By the time we finished with the movie and Target, it was dinner time almost.  Doug just had a birthday so we called him up and took him and Shan (his girlfriend) out to Olive Garden.  Then went to Grapevine Mills mall and watched the Crocodile Hunter!  It was nice getting out and trying to relax some.

I have decided what I'm taking this fall for school.
I have decided on night classes so I might be able to work corporate.

Well, this morning Jeff and I went to church.  We made it in time for Sunday school and then service.  I had read a bulletin from the church saying they needed teachers for the Sunday school classes and was able to get information and sign up.  I start next Sunday, July 28, 2002 with the Preschool 4 year olds.  I am helping a class to get going and then will go from there.  I may move up or stay with the 4 year olds.  Not sure yet.  Im real excited especially being Im working toward my education degree.

After church, Jeff and I went to Bennigans for lunch and then came home for a bit.

I took a short nap and he continued to do some housework.  My store had inventory tonight and Jeff went with me to help out.  About an hour or so before we finished Jeff looked half sick.  I think it is just a fever and about to have to check on him.  I have a wet wash rag on his head and made him take Tylenol.  He hates taking medicine but he was suffering and he took it.   I just replaced his wash rag with another colder one and he was still very warm.  I hope his body is just tired and not too sick.

I am about to look into what we will be doing in the Sunday school class next Sunday.  They give you a booklet that is done up with each Sundayfrom the greetings in the beginning, to story timeetc.  Looks real neat.  Im looking into a bible study in the middle of the week for the Fall.  I want to get more involved with the church and it will give me more things to do.  Plus to me kids keep things simple and can really make you laugh.  Thats how I am at least.
