Tips on Web Designing

1-Intro:

Well in this file i will talk about what you should not do when you are desiging a website
or a home page,You may notice that there isnt much of contents,That is because in my point
of view they are all connected with each othere,And you cant index them.Oh ya you will find
many spelling mistakes in this file.

2-Things Not To Do When Desiging A WebSite:

Well i dont realy know how to start this,So i will try to make it simple yet in good order.

A)Colors:
Lots of people that start making web pages tend to use as many colors as they can,That is
good,But once there is a color that is not matching another color then the full page will
suck,You will end with a color COCKTAIL.So what you have to do is use like 3 colors
or even 4,As long as they are matching with each other.

B)Pictuers:
Many people like to have pictuers on there website or home page,Whether they are animated
or non-animated.They put many pictuers that will leed to 2 things for the user that is going to view there home page
1-It will take a long time to load.
2-It will make the site ugly for the users eye.
So you wont to put pictuers and dont want those 2 things to happen,No Problem,All you have
to do it:
1-Keep the size of the pictuer(s) in the medium size.
2-Put 2 or 3 max animated pictuer(s).
3-Put them acording to the design of the page or put them in a way that will serve the design.

C)Menu:
Any website that is more the one page must have a menu,You must plase the menu in a good
plase on the page..Meening Put them where is will be easy for the user to use,YOu can use
text only or pictuers or flash,What ever you are going to use,make sure that they are
not hard for the user to use.

D)Scripts:
If you are going to use scripts Whether they are "Java" or "PhP" or "CGI" make sure that
you realy need to use them or they will be helpfull for the desigin.IF you are going to
use "Java Scripts" DONT use the "No Right Click" as its very very lame one and i realy dont
know why people tend to use it *LAMERS* and also make sure that the script that you are
going to use works with most of internet browser software like NetScape Or Opera or New Planet as they are used by many users in the world.

E)Sounds:
So you want to have a home page or a website that has a background sound.There is no problem in that ,Just Rember:
1-Dont use on that is loud,IE Metallica or Death Metall or that Shit.
2-dont put a song that is long,Because it will make the page take a long time on loading.
insted you can use a soft song that will make the user more comfortable while viewing you web site.
3-Dont use songs that have words in them use only song with music in them,Its much better that way.

F)Layout:
When you come to design a website and chose the layout you must ask your self what will the site be used for,As each use requiers a different layout.IE if its a site for kids you will want to make it attractive and easy to use as the users of it are going to be KIDS,And if its going to be used for a company what ever type of company you will have to give it a sharp look.And remember to have the design ready in your head or on paper befor you hit the computer and start working.It will save you allot of time and will be much easyer for you to do.
