I've been a fan of Our Lady Peace ever since I heard Superman's Dead on the radio back in the day. I finally got a chance to see them live in the summer of 2001 at Lupo's in Providence. It was the best show I've ever been to. We all brought Canadian Flags and went nuts trying to get backstage.
It worked.
After that I became a full-fledged OLP junkie. Since that show I've seen them 5 times in 4 different states, and traveled by car, trane, and plane to their shows.
I decided to do a cover of Julia for this tribute CD project because it's a song that I don't think a lot of new OLP fans know that well, and it's one of my favorite songs by them (it's actually tied for favorite song with pretty much ALL their other songs.)
Some random facts about me:
I've got a great family and a psycho food-obsessed poodle for a pet.
I'm a sophomore at Middlesex Community College, majoring in Broadcast Communications.
I was homeschooled since 6th grade.
I also played piano, violin, flute, and I dabble in drumming.
