Renenet

Renenet, whose name means "nurse," was responsible for a child's name and gave them their personality, fate, and life span; She, along with Shai, rendered an account of a deceased person's life. In many respects, she is responsible for an individuals fortunes and material possessions. This duty is given to her because of her association with fertility and the harvest. She is often depicted as a woman with the head of a snake or lion.
