Letter to the Noriko

 

Most Honored Noriko,

 

            I am saddened to write this, but Shoju-sama has charged us all with a quest of the utmost importance to the Empire. I will have left by the time you find this note. You and I have come to share some special times, and I have greatly appreciated all that you have taught me. I will try to do your beautiful origami justice as when ever I attempt it. 

 

            I wanted to thank you, Noriko. You have helped me confront my awkwardness around women. I no longer stutter like a fool, but I have yet to stop blushing. It is still much easier to write then to speak, but I will soon find my voice around the fairer sex. I still have far to go, but you have set me upon the path. For that, I thank you, beautiful Noriko.

 

            Please, think of me with fond thoughts. I will remember your kind words and warm smile. I look forward to the day when the Empire is at peace and we may share more time together.
