KibagamiKuno: There seem to be plenty of unicorn we're friendly with, and since you don't want me to just blurt it out...

KibagamiKuno: "How are things in this region? Are they calm? Do the townspeople feel safe? In other parts of rokugan, i've heard tales of anarchy and large packs of thieves and ronin"

Hantei Dave: so for protocol, the Battle Maidens might be the people to ask....but if you want to talk nonchalantly, perhaps the Moto that are walking around...or Ide

Hantei Dave: or even a villager

KibagamiKuno: As for why so secretive, that seems to be the only way anyone else is playing this game... surely it's not a big deal if kuno asks around about this.
