While out getting some fresh air your first night, a recognized visitor approaches you.  It is one of your fellow Ise Zumi,  Togashi Fukai.  Fukai always has a calming, peaceful way about him.  He travels often searching for tatooed madmen, those that reject Togashi Yokuni's blood.

It is a clear night and with alot of activity in the city.  Fukai sits on the well before you.

"Udon-brother, become the puzzle", he says with a bow.  "I have come to suggest a Path.  An ancient distress lingers with the 9 tantos.  They are said to be a sign profecized when the Kami's first formed the clans.  It may be wise talk with someone who has memory of that age.  Only two come to mind.  Togashi Yokuni-sama and Shiba Ujimitsu-sama.  I offer that perhaps one can help you.  Enjoy the night air brother."

Fukai leaves walking down the road.  He always appears interested at everything he passes from entertainers to drunks.  It's heartwarming that your brother visited.  As you know, Ujimitsu is the Daimyo of the Pheonix.  Noone knows to much about his roll, but they say he carries the knowledge and wisdom of every Pheonix Champion before him since the Pheonix Clan formed.  He may provide a straiter answer than Yokuni although perhaps not as complete.
