Bayushi Aramoro - Yojimbo of the Bayushi Family. Aramoro is a dedicated man. He served as Yojimbo (bodyguard) to his brother, Shoju before the Scorpion Clan Coup. Now, he is without a home and acts as private servant to Kachiko. Some wonder why he does not take up leadership after the death of his brother.
Soshi Bantaro (former advisor of Bayushi Shoju and Daimyo of Soshi family) - A loyal shugenja. Bantaro intends to resurect his fallen master to complete his quest to kill the Emporer.
