Isawa Tadaka - Elemental Master of the Earth - Tadaka is facinated with the Shadowlands. He is a firm believer that knowledge will win the battle. Of the Elemental Masters, he is the most adventurous. Indeed, he does not enjoy wasting time in meeting with the other Elemental Masters. Tadaka has a strong friendship with Shiba Ujimitsu, Clan Champion and Daimyo of the Shiba family. Recently, Tadaka has been badly inflicted with taint at the cost of retrieving one of Fu Leng's Black Scrolls.
Isawa Kaede - Elemental Mistress of the Void - Right from birth, it was known that Kaede embraces the Void. A quiet girl who spends more time in the Emperor's court than at home in the Isawa library where she constantly challenges the wills of the other Elemental Masters. She is arranged to marry General Akodo Toturi, although she rarely sees him. Kaeda often worries about the dangerous missions her half-brother, Isawa Tadaka, partakes in. Kaeda and Seppun Bake saved Hantei the 39th from the Scorpion Clan Coup.
Isawa Tsuke - Elemental Master of Fire - A natural since a young age, Tsuke is well equipped as Master of Fire. He acts as head of the Elemental Council.
Isawa Tomo - Elemental Master of Water - Kind, easy going, and youngest of The Council. Tomo is not suited to the diplomacy and decisions that is required of a Master. Instead, he would rather be fishing.
Isawa Uono - Elemental Mistress of Air - Perhaps the most impetuous of the Elemental Masters. Uono can often be found along the highest mountains.
Shiba Ujimitsu - Champion of the Pheonix and Daimyo of the Shiba family - They say Ujimitsu is many places at once and that he carries the weight and knowledge of the Champions before him. He is a friendly, noble, and tired leader who trusts the wills of the Elemental Masters even though he leads the Clan.
