A story to tell your children at bedtime:
buidling a house
There once was a man named Guus and he decided to build a house for hiumself. He was finding in the neighbourhood of his land very conveniently a lot of stones. They had all kind of shapes. Some were hard, some were soft but it was very easy and very cheap to use these stones. His brother made a house at the same time. He bought his stones from a stone company and had to pay quite some money for it. It were all strong stones and all had the same shape and size. Guus was mocking his brother for buying such an expensive stones.

But when the houses were ready, Guus had a bit of a problem. His house did not look nice at all. When windy weather came he got some damage and during a heavy storm a whole wall collapsed. His brother's house was nice, solid and suffered no damage even during the most heavy weather
Moral:
When we build our body we need to use good stones. Whatever we eat become the building stones of our body. If we eat mainly junk food, we may get a 'junk'-body. If we ear healthy nutritious food our body will be strong and withstand difficult times
