Please consider... I have worked very hard and gone to quite some expense to produce these photos. By purchasing these Photos Honestly you will be helping me fulfill a dream...and that is to earn a living doing what I love doing best..presenting images of my part of Australia...showcasing our unique Flora, Fauna, Scenery and the People of Far North Queensland. In order to make my work contribute to this part of our country 10% of the income generated here will go to worthwhile Charities of my choice...eg..Daintree Land Buyback and various other Conservation Charities. |

1. All these pictures are copyrighted so it is illegal to download them or use them in any way without my permission...and besides that it really pisses me off... |

2. The price of these pictures are $2500.00 AUD for exclusive rights and ownership of any one picture. $250.00 AUD for the one off use of any picture..eg...for your brochure or web site...and...$50.00 per use of in subsequent publications of any kind provided the initial one off fee is paid and permission therefore is obtained from the Photographer. |

3. All the pictures will be sent electronically via the internet or by CD by conventional mail in very high resolution JPEG or Bitmaps Files. The cost of the CD and mailing will be met by the purchaser. There is no extra cost if the internet transfer is used. |

4. Simply Email me with the gallery number and picture /s description and I will have the files sent out within 48 hours of reciept of payment by either direct deposit into my bank account or money order sent by snail mail. A reciept will be issued forewith. |
