| The next morning Felicity woke up and went downd for breakfast. Her mom was in the kitchen at the stove making scrambled eggs. Her mom looked up and saw her walk in, "hi sweetie what do you want with your eggs, You better eat a good breakfast we have a big day ahead of us." Felicity replied, "It doesn't matter. What's so big about today ." Her mother answered, "well we've got to go get you checked out of school and go get some moving boxes. Then we have to reserve a moving truck and a trailor to pull behind it for one of the cars." Felicity suddenly remembered the awful news from the day before. She didn't feel quite so hungry anymore. She replied, "mom, I'm not hungry anymore so I'm going to go upstairs and get dressed." As Felicity got up and started to walk out the door her mom stated, "Felicity honey, I know that this is very hard for you. You may not know this but I've had to move away from someone very special to me too when I was your age." Felicity asked, "yeah, uh when are we going to move anyway." Her mother answered, "this friday,: Felicity asked , "when we get through with all the stuff we have to do can I go see Taylor." Her mom replied, "yes, you may. But when you get back you've got to start packing up your room." Felicity looked at her mom notted her head and said, "yes mom." Felicity went up stairs to her room flopped down on her bed and burried her head into her pillow and started to cry. After awhileshe got up whiped her eyes and got dressed. After her mom got dressed they immedaitly wen to take care of all of the things thatthey had to do. As soon as they got back home Felicity ran to her car and yelled out, "mom I'm going to Taylor's house now I'll be back later." Then took off to Taylor's. When she drove up in the drive way of the Hanson house Zac plying basketball. "Time out guys", Taylor said to his two brothers. Taylor met felicity half way up the drive way . As soon as Felicity and Taylor could feel each others breathon their lips they kissed .Felicity started crying Taylor looked at her and wiped away her tears then asked, "why are you crying?" Felicity looked up at Taylorwith her eyes full of tears then said, "we're leaving this friday. Mom checked me out of school today and then reserved a moving truck fro this comin gfriday. After friday I may never see you again." Taylor then saden from the news took a deep breath took felicity into his arms kissedhe on the cheek, replied, "everything will be ok. Just remember what we discussed. Remember soon as you graduate then you'llbe able to come back here to Tulsa and go to college and we'll never have to be a part agian." Felicity still trary eyed. "I hope your right, Taylor." Taylorsmiled "Iknow I'm right just trust me." Felicity trying her best to smile, "I do Taylor with all of my heart" |
