Of course, I am talking here of 'collective intelligence', any other assertion would bring immediate ridicule of my hypothesis. HERE GOES: If there are 6.4 million citizens of Texas, and each one had a measurable .00001 of an I.Q. point, that would give the state of Texas a 'collective intelligence' of 64 I.Q. points. This would put Texas at 4 I.Q. points above clinically retarded (60 I.Q. points). Now some of you have stated that my numbers are artificially inflated because I may have friends or relatives in Texas (not true), or I may have been born there (insult!), or that I didn't properly adjust for the occasional out-of-state visitor (I made all the proper adjustments).
