From early in the 19century until around 1900 home to Daniel Gostelow and wife Catherine Emmerton followed by son James and his wife Caroline Mills.

At that time this lovely house was  home to up to six families!

Was this the home of Thomas Gostelow and his wife  Margaret Francis from 1830 ?

It is currently let as a holiday cottage.

St Mary's Church, Cropredy

Here can be found several monuments to Gostelow family members - principally Richard (1558 -1621) and his son Richard (1599-1660)
St John's Church , Boddington, Northants

Robert Sandys was rector here in the 1670's. He died 12 December 1675. His monument bears his Arms, Sandys impaling Washington.
His wife Alice was the sister of Lawrence Washington whose sons emigrated to America.
Thomas Gorstelow was his son-in-law .
