But all was not as it seemed, oh no, far from it. Geraint had used his magical powers to manipulate Pascale's triangle to apply to the confusion of Donkeys. To this day, nobody knows how he did it, and maybe never will.

And, sure as the lard on Rose's backside, stood a Donkey. A brown one.
Geraint was not afraid, so trotted off to befriend the donkey. Then, in his usual fiendish, evil way, he confused it. It wasn't hard- Geraint simply spelt his name, and the Donkey didn't have a clue.
The confused donkey ran at Geraint, and slashed his chin. Geraint lost all of his magical powers- Flying, breathing fire, x-ray vision etc. and had to settle down to a normal life as
