FilmBUFFS tells the story of two friends, Eddie and Dave. Eddie works at the video store and Dave has no job. Eddie has his whole filmmaking future planned and Dave has no future. They spend most of their days in front of Eddie's house, "just chillin'"; hating on the neighborhood rednecks; listening to two friends from school, Jesse and Brandon's crazy stories; and checking out Miss Campbell, the neighborhood hottie.
But then when Eddie meets Lucy, a girl from the "Prep Squad" (Eddie, Dave, Jesse, and Brandon's rival clique from high school), Eddie and Dave's world gets turned upside down.
Soon, his new love for Lucy gets in the way of his friendship with Dave and the making of his first film. Soon, Eddie and Lucy must both choose between themselves and their friends and cliques.
