This mod adds a new NPC to the game - the ex-Master Thief. His name is Will Shadowhand, and he can be found in the End of the World Renter Rooms, Dagon Fel. He will give you the Bal Molagmer quests if you have not completed them before Stacey leaves.
He will also train you in a few vital skills (to level 100). I don't feel that this is a cheat - there are other Master Trainers in Morrowind, and I did this because it only seems fair to have the retired master help the younger members of the guild. Plus, there really isn't any need to go to visit him unless you're the Master Thief already!
