Apartment is fully furnished and equipped, including refrigerator, microwave, oven and 4-burner stove, toaster oven, and washing machine. Includes fully equipped kitchen (dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery, etc). Living Room includes satellite TV and DVD player. The building has a large parking lot with plenty of space. The owner lives nearby and will happily help you with any questions about getting around the neighborhood and the city.
Services:
On arrival, you will be greeted by the owner and recieve an explanation of the apartment and neighborhood. Basic foods will be in the kitchen (milk, tea, juice bread, cheese, eggs). Clean sheets will be on the bed and clean towels in the bathroom. After that, groceries, laundry and cleaning are all self-service unless arranged in advance with the owner at extra cost.

Availability Calendar
A 20% deposit is required to reserve the apartment. This will also serve as your security deposit and will be returned at the end of your stay. The reservation is not final until payment of the deposit.
On arrival, the rent will be paid in cash in shekels or dollars.
No pets or smoking allowed in the apartment.
If you choose to have the air conditioning/heat activated, there is no flat fee, however you will be charged for electricity according to your usage. Average cost of electricity is $15/week not including air conditioning/heat use.
