i'm in a good mood. i mean a GOOD mood. i can't believe i actually put Promise up on that page yesterday. shudder. what was i thinking? i have a better song. Lemonade by Tsunami Bomb. and it's up there... oh you best believe. screw Promise. that was yesterday. today i'm thinking completely differently. it's not EXACTLY what the song is, but it pretty much sums it up. and very nicely, i think so. i'm so happy, it's insane. and i seriously couldn't tell anyone why. you wouldn't understand. so don't ask.
back to my day... work was crap. i was an hour late because we forgot to set our clocks ahead. the deli closes at 3, and all these people came in at twenty after two. i mean like 10 people, all wanting either one slice of every meat we have or 30 slices of the hardest or messiest meats to cut. and then they all look at us like they're annoyed at us for not being faster. like "well jee, you guys close in five minutes, let's move it along here!" ugh. i could have slapped these people across the face with a sausage, or knocked them out cold with a salami. hehe.
last night after gorgon i had to walk home... i finally get in at like quarter to one, and my brother's like "want a drink?" i tell him it's kinda late, and i have to work... and he looks at me like "what are you, stupid?" so he makes me a drink anyways. vodka and grape juice. it wasn't bad actually... lol i just finished that one and went to bed. he had three. we talked in the kitchen for like 20 minutes... and he actually wasn't being a douche for once. i was surprised.
i slept on my new bad last night... nice and springy :oD like a matress SHOULD feel. but it's on the floor, we don't exactly have a frame for it yet. or a headboard... meh. but it's covering my heat grate... is that a fire hazard? and i have barely any floor left in my room...it's all just bed. nice, new, comfy double-bed-goodness.
