Universiti Malaysia Sabah Library or also known as UMS Library was primarily established to support the university's teaching, research, innovation and publication. Hence the library’s mission;

"Providing comprehensive resources and services to support the university requirements in teaching, learning, research, innovation and publication."

UMS Library also provide services at its branch campus Sandakan, Sabah and Federal Territory of Labuan. A special library have also been established for Medical School which is presently located at Block B.

UMS Library is using VIRTUA as its library system and it is accessible 24 hours 7 days a week via our library portal.

Universiti Malaysia Sabah Library consists of four libraries, four Clinical Blocks and two Off Campus Service Centres which are the followings:
