Meal Allowance (per meal) : for all Q'tine Personnel and Staff (every category) ��. P50.00 4 meals a day (Breakfast, Lunch, Supper & Midnight Repast) 3. Transportation : a. within Metro Manila and other metropolitan areas and cities, transportation expenses each way from office/residence to place of work or vice-versa ���� P70.00 b. Launch hire from shore to ship or vice-versa in ordinary anchorages in outports ���� P200.00 c. Car or Jeep hire under any road condition or time of travel per kilometer ��.. P8.00 d. Launch fare in the provinces, per nautical mile ����.. P14.00 e. Plane fare �� as stated in the airline fare schedule 4. DA Q'tine Personnel and Staff who by necessity are required to stay overnight while rendering overtime service outside their place of assignments shall be allowed lodging expenses in accordance with the prevailing rate in the locality but not to exceed Three Hundred Pesos (P300.00) per day. Party or parties served shall have the option to arrange for the payment of the allowance on a flat rate or contractual basis. ** Adjustment of Overtime Rates and Allowances - Memorandum Order No.2(March 29,1993) 1. Port of Manila �� Flat rate to defray overtime pay and meal allowance P1,700.00 2. Other ports of Entry �� Flat rate of P1,700.00 for overtime pay and meal allowance plus prevailing transportation rate in provincial ports or sub-ports. 3.Ports without Quarantine Launch and/ or Quarantine Supervisor...Flat rate of P1,500.00 for quarantine inspection within eight (8) kilometers of the station. An additional compensation of P6.00 per kilometer for quarantine inspection of more than eight (8) kilometers from the station. The Flat Service Rate charge will hold whether quarantine inspection is done at the anchorage or at pier side and is inclusive of the meals, transportation and other allowances. |
