   City,BCGS Charts 4221,4237


- A 339ML X 30MW Wharf  45M draft at near end 6M draft at far end, complemented by
   breakwaters 250m in the east and 130m in the north.
   The facilities are supported by a 1200m at Bo. Obrero, and is protected by a timber file
   fendering system.

- covered storage consist of a 2520SQM transit shed, A 75SQM cargo shed and a number of      warehouses with a total area of 12,438sqm. There also a 1738sqm open storage area

- 2 medium trucks (10t,12t),owned by Reagal Arrastre Stevedoring Services, Inc., and
  assortment of forklift trucks, cranes are also available in lease terms

- Anchorage is off Legaspi pier at 31-40m about 300 yards from the beach, anchorage is
   not good to irregular sleep bottom of volcanic sands, rocks, mud in patches, poor holding
   ground. It is open eastward and expose to NE monsoon. During bad weather, recommended
   anchorage is at port dula or coal harbor.
