There also a 1738sqm open storage area - 2 medium trucks (10t,12t),owned by Reagal Arrastre Stevedoring Services, Inc., and assortment of forklift trucks, cranes are also available in lease terms - owner Philippine Port Authority - Anchorage is off Legaspi pier at 31-40m about 300 yards from the beach, anchorage is not good to irregular sleep bottom of volcanic sands, rocks, mud in patches, poor holding ground. It is open eastward and expose to NE monsoon.
