Capacity
Clinker - 1.7 million metric tons per year
Cement - 1.8 million MTPY
Packing - 7,500 bags (40 kgs each) per hour
Bulk ship loading - 1,200 metric tons per hour

The Union Cement - Davao Plant has three kilns; a single-string precalciner line rated at 3,500 MTPD of clinker; another, similar unit rated at 1,750 MTPD; and a wet process line rated at 500 MTPD.
The plant has its own, world-class seaport that can handle 40,000 metric tons per shipment. The port has a total length of 500 meters and draft of 12 meters.
On the port are the packing facilities, which include three rotary packers (each with a capacity of 3,000 forty-kilogram bags per hour) aided by automatic bag placers and automotive truck loaders; and facilities for bulk-loading 1.0 metric-ton bags; facilities for loading ocean-going vessels. For bulk-cement ships, the port uses a mechanical loading system.
