Minimum of 24 hours on per day and any excess shall be Prorated accordingly. 4. Supervision of vessels for emergency call, such as bunkering, Discharging patient, stress of weather, marine accident, etc. For the first 24 hours or a fraction thereof ������������. P1,500 / vessel The above rates are flat rates inclusive for overtime, meal and transportation allowances applicable to all seaports of entry. For outports where there are no Customs personnel stationed, in addition to the flat rates, the transportation, meal, hotel or lodging accomodation expenses incurred while traveling from their station and back will be reimbursed in accordance with Item II A-1,2,3 of this CAO. B. At the Pier/Ship-side 1. Customs Appraisers ������������������������������.. P67 / hour 2. Customs Examiners/Wharfingers ��������������������. P60 / hour 3. Customs Guards/Gatekeepers/Weighers ��������������.. P53 / hour C. The rates of compensation per 24 hours commencing from the time of boarding (minimum o 24 hours on 1st day and any excess shall be prorated accordingly) for one (1) Loading Inspector and one (1) Customs Guard at the Customs Container Control Division (CCCD), provided that in the case of co-loaders, only the principal agent or vessel operator shall be billed for overtime ��.. P1,350 / vessel II. Allowances and Other Expenses A. Customs Officers and employees assigned to render overtime service in connection with arrivals of vessels shall be entitled to the following rates of allowances: 1. Meal Allowance ������.P50 / meal / employee 4 times of meal (Breakfast, Lunch, Supper, Midnight Repast) 2. Travelling Allowance ��.. P50 / each way within 8 km radius from office/residence to pier terminal or vice-versa. 3. Hotel or lodging accomodation shall be provided for customs personnel assigned to continuous underguarding duty outside his official station by the requesting party. Provided, that claims for reimbursement of such expenses, which shall be covered by receipts, shall not exceed P150 / day if outside city limits, and payment thereof shall be coursed through the District Collector. III. Applicabil;ity A. The rates of overtime pay, allowances and supervision charges herein provided shall be applicable to all sea ports of entry. However, all other rules, regulations and procedures covering the rendition of overtime services shall be governed by CAO 2-82, as amended, and shall remain in full force and effect, unless revoked or repeated by subsequent orders. Attention is specifically invited to Section IX thereof, providing for the procedures in the claim and payment of this overtime pay. IV. Effectivity This order shall take effect upon approval by the Secretary of Finance. |
