A two day Seminar-Training on R&D Project Identification and Development was recently conducted at the Don Honorio Ventura College of Arts and Trade (DHVCAT) in Bacolor, Pampanga. The website owner and two R&D experts from the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) served as resource speakers. The seminar-training was organized under the auspices of the CLIERDEC (Central Luzon Industry and Energy Research and Development Consortium) and CLIERDEC Foundation and in collaboration with the Research Director of DHVCAT. |
