Greetings unto the people of the West.

In four and twenty months since last words of peace were offered unto Achmere ib' Tamim, Baron of Tarnmist, and Usurper of the Borderwinds, terms of said peace have been ignored. Western forces continue to hold unto Western rule lands and peoples rightly belonging to the sovereign nation of Caid, under the terms of succession, set down Anno Societatis XVII. Though the Barony of the Isles is long fallen, the mettle of its sons is undiminished. The lands it lost shall be reclaimed, and the shadow of the Red Tower shall fall once more over the Borderwinds.

His Excellency, Baron Achmere ib'Tamim is called upon to strike banners of Tarnmist from the Shire of the Borderwinds, raise up those of Caid in thier stead, and present himself in friendship at the event of the King's Hunt.

Else will he, and those who stand with him, be called upon to hold in battle these fields, and woe to the Conquered.
