Planet 14 was mentioned in the
Doctor Who Comicstrip "The World Shapers"
(1987 DWM#'s127-129)
Responding to a distress signal from another TARDIS, the Doctor and Peri land on Marinus. The Voords have used a time-altering, world-changing device to turn the planet into an arid world (later to be known as Planet 14) and evolve themselves into Cybermen.
(It is said that Planet 14 later becomes known as Mondas)

Mondas The Cyberplanet is a mirror image of Earth.
Mondas was destroyed in 1986 wile it was attacking Earth.

Mondas was equipped with a space-drive, a product of
cyber-technology.
They stole a time-ship and traveled to the planet Tellos, once there they atempted to alter the cource of Halley's Comet so that it would crash in to the Earth.
It was believed that if Earth was destroyed
then Mondas would exist.
