Shipping Information We are located in the Southern Caribbean on the Island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

Unless the Customer specifically requests, otherwise, we ship via our local couriers TT Post.

TT Post Express service takes approximately 4-7 days to deliver a package to any part of the United States and Europe and the service is more economical than other Express Courier Services.

Orders are sent out within 48 hours for retail.

We work closely with you to ensure that your order is received promptly.

For Wholesale Orders, depending on the Order volume, we may choose to ship out via Ocean Freight and we work closely with the Customer to ensure that this is done efficiently.

Distribution Policy:Our Distributors are exclusive. For us, this means that once a Distributor is confirmed for a territory, all orders for that Territory must pass through that Distributor.

Returns:Due to the nature of the products we sell, as a rule we do not accept returns.

If there is an order cancellation, we do charge a 10% re-stocking fee, once that order was packed.
