I was first introduced to the craft of Friendship Bracelets by a penpal in Germany. She had gone to a summer camp where they were shown how to create these amazing pieces of jewelry. Upon completion she sent her bracelet to me as a gift. The second I laid eyes upon the present I knew I had to find out how to make them.
It took me a few tries, a few knotted strings, and a few mangled breacelets, but I finally mastered the craft. Now it has become my favorite hobby. I've made many patterns and designs with a plethora of colors. Anything is possible in this craft. My creativity can free flow into each bracelet I make. |
