Poetry 4
Breeze.

The dancing breeze,
The flitting sun,
The trees that prance at night.
The flying sky,
The clouds that pry,
Upon the stars that shine.
The bird that peeps,
From behind a cloud,
To see us in our homes.
The dove that swoops,
And sees and spys,
And never misses a thing.
Touch.

What would the world be,
If you could not feel the soft breeze,
Brush the soft grasses on your palms,
If you cannot touch a soft flower,
Feel the warm sunrays upon your face,
Feel the sand between your toes,
And the softness of fallen leaves,
To feel the cold snow on your fingertips,
And the warlmth of a crakerling fire,
What would the world be,
If we could not apprecicate these things.
Dawn.

Dawns first corus,
First lights kiss,
A twinkle in an eye.

Suns first touch,
Days first light,
A new day to while away.
Defining time.

Time, pulsating through each vein,
Living, breathing,
The moving of time.
The beating of a heart,
On the eternal breeze.
The beating of the sea,
A pulse to never cease.
The ticking of the eternal clock,
The changing of the sun,
The continuing of time iself.
The beating of the rain,
A continuance of breath,
The pulsing of the sea,
Each wave another captured moment.
Each new moon a sign of moving on,
Changing season and new year,
The natural moving on of time.
Thunder.

Thunder in the sky.
The rain begins to fall,
From far above in heavens,
From where the sunshine falls.
It begins to beat,
As my pulse does in the night.
Then the thunder strikes,
Like a dagger from the sky.
The lightening cutting through the darkness,
Like a spear through my heart.
The crash of rocks by giants,
Playing in the sky.
The gods throwing arrows,
Arrows of shocking light,
Cutting through the moonlit scene.
Some strike right upon our earth,
In fear we run away,
From these terrifying sights.
Ghostly trees.

Ghostly tress do fill the night,
Silver, shining with all there might.
They show my fears,
My hates,
My cares,
But then they show me that its not that bad,
And that the stars are never sad.
Amongst these trees I walk and run,
And in my mind I cut them down, one by one,
Until no fear I have at all,
And all my dreams, i know, will never fall.
