First off, congratulations to all of the curlers on a well played Bonspiel. It was a pleasure to watch this year's event.
Congratulations to our winners from Brampton, I'm pretty sure they have played in this event since we began it (in some form) and it was nice to see the familliar faces again.
Thank you to the parents and coaches that have brought their teams back from year to year, seeing the changes, good and not so good that have been made to our event.
Where would I be without my volunteers? Thank you to Bert Fong that decided to come straight to the curling club after getting off a plane from San Francisco, simply incredible. Steve, Jeremy and Valerie, Thank you guys for leaving me no reason to worry. I would never be able to carry out this day on my own.
So what else is there to say? Good Luck to the curlers going for Zone, Region, and hopefully Provincial playdowns. Enjoy the rest of the curling season, and I certainly hope you had a good time in Hamilton, with hopes that you will all be back next season.
