The original home of the hamsters is in a tunnels so it is nice to
have a cage with pipes build in it.
Hamsters like to climb through series of tubes and run on wheels so
it is a good idea to install a wheel inside their home.
Breeding an hamsters can produce bulk of babies. Therefore avoid
keeping both male and female hamsters in the same cage.
Hamsters enjoy sandbath. However, care must be taken and avoid
using powder and dusty sand as it will pose a hazard to a hamster's
respiratory system.
Supply fresh water to your hamsters by using water dipping bottles.
(NB: water given in an open jars may be polluted and this may cause
wetness to an hamsters which would be unhealthy for them.)

Clean their home
regularly and use liter made from recycled paper/pulp which is
safe for them. These provide them a better place to live in.
They get infected easily from human cold virus , so avoid contact
with them when you are sick.
Hamsters are weak animals. Immediately veterinarian
treatment should be given since they "deteriorate" easily when they
get sick.
Providing your hamsters with their favourite games to maintain
their physical and mental health.
