"Out of the Haze" - January 23, 2005 - Everett, Washington

This photo was taken with a Nikon D70, 300mm telephoto lense at F5.5.   These three fire fighters were just coming out of the smokey haze from a fire in one of Everett's older historical buildings.
"Breakthrough" - January 23, 2005 - Everett, Washington

   This photo was taken with a Nikon D70, 75mm telephoto lense at F4.5.   The fire had finally broken through the roof.  Note the Olympic mountain range in the background.
"First Experience" - Nassau, Bahamas

  This photo was taken in October of 2004 of my son as he experienced for the first time the waters of the Carribean.  I used a small 3.2 megapixel Panasonic.
These two photographs are of my sister-in-law and the first formal wedding that I was asked to photograph in 2006.   It was an amazing experience to be able to capture a moment that is so important.
