Project lobster
This is a guide on how to raise and harvest lobsters. It also has some interesting facts.

The organism that I choose for this project was the all great tasting lobster. The lobsters habitat lies on the bottom of the ocean floor where the water temperture is about 40 degrees. Lobsters don't need alot of space so we could limit expenses.
Lobsters are known as bottom dwelling feeders. This means that they eat anything from worms, to garbage itself. They literally eat anything they find on the bottom of the ocean hense the name bottom dwellers. As for oxygen needs there good with a minimum amount. One of the lobsters most deadliest predators is the squid. These two tend to fight anywhere and everywhere.
Now, for the body of water. You can set up the body of water naturally. Its better and costs way less. You can get your water from the ocean itself and hopefully if its not polluted lucky you but if it is polluted you will have to filter ot and it will cost you a pretty penny. If any waste water is created you can simply create a secondary product with it. Maybe, some creatures can live off of that waste and grow into something useful.
There will be no type of electricity, but only if you want to filter the water. To start off with your harvesting you must get lobsters. You can purchase a few or if you want catch your own, its up to you. Your final product could come out to be a hard-shell lobster which are the best. Compared to soft shelled lobster, hard shelled lobsters have approximately 20% more meat in proportion to total body weight.
Hard-shell meat is firmer, while soft shell meat is softer and tends to have more water. Hard-shell lobsters are stronger and can live 30-40 hours out of the water while soft-shell lobsters are weaker and live less then 24 hours out of the water. Hard-shell lobsters can be shipped overnight and arrive in good condition. Soft-shell lobsters on the other hand have a higher mortality when shipped even under ideal conditions. So when harvesting, harvest for hard-shelled ones. And finally, Maine hard-shell lobsters are considered "premium" lobsters and are famous worldwide for their outstanding taste and high quality meat.
If your in the mood for extra money any secondary products you can come up with will be a good product. Maybe you may create ash trays or lobster legs. Remember sell your lobsters near trading docks and always sell wholesell. Your typical buyer would be large restaurant facilities. My product would be called Christian famous lobsters.
                 Good luck!
Mmmmm... Can't you just taste it.
