The Us Navy Seal clan Third Infantry Division was created by ~3ID~General, and ~3ID~Sauron. Their vision was to create a clan of late night players that they could play with after work. Their first two weeks of recruiting would create the foundation of what the clan is today. By the end of this two weeks the roster that struck fear into many clans emerged. Hammer, Vash, Sgt. Bilko, Calico, Max, BeachHead, KillJoy, Mercury, Ranger,Pitbull, Monster, & Bomber. Along with General and Sauron this created the perfect mix of sniping, assault, and ambush.
04/12/03 "Beat to Death"
~3ID~ absorbs (313) taking the remnants of this dying clan into their ranks. Fiend, Gotcha, and the original Snake were notible additions from this clan. At this time General and Sauron promote three members to the rank and status of Captain. BeachHead is named Executive Officer, Hammer becomes the Socombattles Commander, and Vash The second page Commander.
06/2003 "The Departure & New Beginning"
Due to outside issues, and the mass cheating going on in Socom 1, General is forced to take an "extended leave of absence". Vowing to return when Socom 2 hits the shelves. His departure is shadowed by the same actions from Sauron. BeachHead is placed in command of ~3ID~ and names Hammer XO. One week later due to poor clan support BeachHead steps down as Clan Leader. At this time Hammer assumes command of ~3ID~ and remakes the ~3ID~ Gamebattles roster after the first is deleted.
09/2003-10/2003 "The Last Charge"
With the Socom 2 Beta out during this time and its debut not far behind it, ~3ID~ began its finishing charge on the ladder, winning 10 out of their last 12 with an eight game winning streak.
KvM, a long standing clan in East 2 joins forces with 3ID on the Gamebattles roster.This combination of forces proves to be a good one.Both clans learn from each other.

The Blood Brothers join the East 2 Alliance. Bringing the total of clans in the alliance to three. God help SOCOM.
