Metaphor

?You are a fishmonger.?- Hamlet, He is telling Polonius that he doesn?t mean anything to him.

?How pregnant sometimes his replies are!?- Polonius, He is saying his words are sometimes too full to explain.

  ?Nor the soles of her shoe?- Hamlet, Here he is talking about filling the soles of fortunes shoes.


Allusion
