Zack did his best not to fidget as he watched the trainees going through
their exercises, looking
up just as a red-haired cadet knocked away his opponent's weapon. In
a few more minutes he
would be able to go on leave, and he was eager to get back to Midgar.
An image of a young
girl floated through his mind, her long copper hair, her big green
eyes, her soft lips....*Aeris, I
can't wait to see you again.* They had been dating for almost
a year now. It was hard to believe
she was willing to put up with him for so long. He had no qualms about
admitting he could be a
jerk at times, but she never seemed to mind. She had a way of bringing
out the best in him. He
thought about the gifts, he'd gotten for her birthday, *I hope she
likes them.*
A shadow fell across his back, but Zack didn't need to turn around to
know who it was. Only
one person he knew had that kind of presence. "Hello, Sephiroth." The
legend stepped into
view "Zack." The silver-haired man looked over as a new opponent
entered the ring. The
soldiers were allowed to fight in fatigues today and apprehension shone
in his unmasked eyes.
The two trainees nodded to each other and dropped into their chosen
stances. "What do you
think, anyone good yet?" Zack grinned and nodded "Yeah, check
out the one with the spiky
hair...." The two members of SOLDIER watched as the young blonde
leapt at his opponent,
swung out with his sword and quickly disarmed the former victor. Sephiroth
smiled, "He still
needs a lot of work." Zack grinned "Yeah, but he has potential. After
all, he's still just a kid. A
little more experience and he might be as strong as me." The victorious
private twirled his sword
in victory, met Zack's eyes, and grinned. "You know him, Zack?"
The young man nodded. "Yeah, name's Strife, Cloud Strife." A silver
brow lifted "A rather
unusual name." Sephiroth took a closer look at the young soldier, and
an odd chill flowed
through his veins. This one...there was something special about this
one....but what? He mentally
shook his head and frowned a little. Cloud's grin faltered as he felt
Sephiroth's gaze fall on him
and he fought the urge to shudder. He didn't know what that gaze meant,
but Sephiroth was one
man you didn't cross. Zack lifted his own black brows in puzzlement,
Sephiroth was staring at
Cloud in a very unusual way. "Sephiroth?" The silver-haired man gave
an imperceptible start. "I
think you might be right Zack, he does have.....potential. Maybe you
can give him some
pointers." he said as he turned and walked away, his black coat fluttering
impressively in the
breeze. "You always know how to make an exit, don't you Sephiroth?"
whispered Zack.
The red-clad general blew a shrill whistle and the troops put up their
training swords and quickly
scrambled into formation. "ATTENTION!! " they snapped to attention
in perfect unison, two
precise lines of blue and green. "At ease.... Ok troops, you
did well today, but don't get cocky.
You still have a long way to go. You must stay vigilant even off duty.
Work hard and perhaps
you can be like Mr. Zack here, and become one of the elite!"
Zack winced inwardly, this was
only his first year in SOLDIER and they already had him on a pedestal.
He liked attention, but
[sheesh] he hated being called 'mister'. "You are to report back to
Junon by 2100 this Sunday.
Dismissed." The soldiers quickly dissolved into the group of loud young
men and women they
truly were and separated into their gangs.
"Yo, Cloud," called the red-haired cadet, "we're goin' to The Honeybee.
Ya wanna join us?"
The young blonde shook his head and grinned "No thanks, I'm not legal
yet, ask me again in a
few years." The man grinned "Heh, I keep forgetting. You seem older
somehow. Well, your loss
man." The soldier joined his rather raucous group and they walked away.
Zack strode over to
Cloud, where he stood gazing past the Junon Cannon. "What are you going
to do this weekend,
Strife?" he asked smiling as he looked at his new pal. They'd
met at Shinra HQ when he was
being transferred to Junon and became fast friends. Cloud would never
realize it, but he had
been blessed with a strange magnetism. People wanted to like him, men
and women alike. He
would attract people to him without even trying, without even being
aware of it.
"I'm not sure," he said "Maybe I'll go to Gold Saucer, I hear the Battle
Arena is a great place to
train." Zack grinned "Most of the guys are going to Midgar, I can teach
you how to make a fake
ID if you want." Cloud began to blush. Zack lifted a brow, "You really
are green aren't you?"
The blush deepened. "Don't sweat it, most of them are going to chicken
out at the door, believe
me." he gave him a playful punch in the shoulder "You might as well
go along for the ride."
Cloud shook his head "Oh? Then maybe you could go to Nibelheim,
I'll bet that girl you keep
talking about would love to see you." Cloud grumbled a little. "Come
on...I'm just teasing you
Strife, you really need to loosen up." Cloud gave him a sly glance
"Didn't I hear you going on
about your girl in Midgar?"
This time Zack blushed, "Oh shit!! I'm gonna be late! Later man!"
Cloud stuck his tongue in his
cheek as Zack ran off towards his locker, his tall black hair bouncing
with his stride. "Even the
mighty Zack can be undone by mentioning the right girl." he chuckled.
He turned back to the
view over the cannon, towards Nibelheim. *Oh Tifa, I'm a failure......I'm
not in SOLDIER, and
I'm not good enough for you.* The ocean breeze brushed
his long blonde spikes out of his eyes
as he sighed. *I want to become the hero you dreamed of, then I
can keep my promise.*
Zack tossed a duffel bag into his buggy and slid behind the wheel. The
vehicle was battered and
worn, but it would get him there. "Besides," he thought aloud, "a nice
car would be stripped in
ten minutes flat." Despite it's last legs appearance, the buggy ran
quite well and he was at Kalm
before he knew it. Suddenly, he got hit with an inspiration. He quickly
got out and ran into the
local shops, making a few last minute purchases. "I'm on my way Aeris,
I'll be there soon." he
whispered.
Aeris ripped the simple brown paper off her gift and quickly tore the
top off the box, her eyes
glowing with anticipation. Mrs. Gainsborough smiled, her adopted daughter
would always be a
child at heart. "Oh Mom, I love it! I'm putting it on right now." She
lifted the dark red jacket out
of the box and slid it on. It was a little loose, but she'd grow into
it. Her mother smiled "Don't
forget your other gift dear." Aeris grinned "There's more?" She quickly
dove into the box again
and began tossing the tissue over her shoulder. She unearthed a small
gray box, and afraid to
hope she gently opened the jewelry case. A necklace lay on the cotton.
It was made of three
gold cylinders, covered with intricate sketches of orchids, all joined
by a small silver hoop, and
threaded over a simple silk cord. "I'm afraid I couldn't get the matching
chain but...." Aeris
threw her arms around her mother's neck and cried "No, it's perfect
just like this. I'll always
wear it, I'll never take it off!!"
Her mother hugged her back, all the scrimping and saving was absolutely
worth it. "I'm so
happy you like it honey." Aeris quickly slipped the pendant over her
neck and stared in wonder
at her new gift. "Like it? I LOVE IT!! Oh Thank You Mother, thank you
so much!" Just then a
voice called out from downstairs "Hellooo? Where is everybody?" Aeris'
mom looked towards
the stairs. "It sounds like your boyfriend is here. You should really
teach him to kno..." Aeris
clattered down the stairs and launched herself into Zack's arms before
her mother could finish.
"Ah, to be young and in love." she sighed. *I hope he always comes
back to you honey, I know
firsthand how it hurts when they don't.* She made her way downstairs
just as Zack was putting
two brightly wrapped gifts on the kitchen table.
"Oooo, I can't wait to see what you got me!" Aeris said, toying with
her pendant. Zack grinned
and handed her the flat rectangular gift first. As she began to rip
off the silver mog-covered
paper, Zack slid over to her mother and whispered "I would have
helped you buy the chain..."
Her mother nodded "I know, and it's sweet of you to offer, but I wanted
to give her something
special on my own. She'll only be seventeen once." Aeris pulled out
a long pink dress with
spaghetti straps and a long row of snaps from chest to ankle, and held
it against her. "Hmm, it's
a little longer than I ..." Zack began, but Aeris was already running
up to her room to try it on.
Zack scratched his head and watched her go up the stairs, getting a
very nice view of her....
"Eyes front soldier!" scolded her mother. Zack froze a moment before
he let out a nervous laugh
and began to blush furiously "Errr, sorry ma'am."
Aeris came back down a few minutes later in what would eventually become
her signature
outfit. The dress was unsnapped enough to show her ankles and the red
jacket covered her slim
shoulders. "You look lovely, dear." whispered her mother a little tearfully.
*Oh my little girl is
almost a woman. How the time flies...* Zack grinned and took
her hand to escort her down the
steps "Your mom's right. You are beautiful." Aeris giggled when he
kissed her hand and pulled
out her chair. "Silly, come on I still have a gift to open." Zack handed
her a huge box covered in
roses. Aeris simple adored flowers, so in stark contrast to her previous
gifts, she carefully
peeled the paper away, keeping the blossoms intact. She looked curiously
at the vented box
and glanced over at Zack. "I'm not telling." he said "Just open it
and see." Aeris lifted off the lid
and let out a little coo of delight. "Oh Zack, they're lovely. I've
never seen flowers like these."
She lifted out a large flower pot filled with yellow, blue, pink, and
white blooms.
"I got them from Cosmo Canyon, I hear they came from the Ancient Forest."
Aeris sniffed the
blossoms. "They smell so nice." Zack grinned "I got the whole plant
so you could keep them
alive, maybe plant them somewhere special." Aeris smiled, "Oh Zack,
you're so sweet." Zack
felt a warm glow, he loved that smile. "I know the perfect place to
plant them to." she whispered
as she reached out to stroke a soft white petal.
Aeris kissed her mother good-bye and headed out the door with her boyfriend.
"Can you guess
where I want to plant these?" she asked looking down at the flower
pot she carried under her
arm. "Yes, I think I can." he replied. He stopped by his buggy and
slung out the duffel bag and
the package. "That's why I brought these." Aeris watched as he lifted
them effortlessly, and
decided not to offer him a hand. He went on towards Sector 6, stopping
partway there to enter
a dilapidated church. Pale light filtered in through the huge hole
in the roof. The windows
remained amazingly intact, a silent reminder of a time when people
still held on to their faith. The
chandeliers swung slightly as a train passed nearby, raining a fine
layer of dust onto the broken
pews. Nobody ever really came here anymore, it was the reason he'd
chosen this place to train.
He made his way over to the large plot of soil that showed through the
shattered floorboards
and set down his burden. He still remembered when he'd broken them
trying to perfect the
Finishing Touch, and the sting of the splinters Aeris had spent the
better part of the night yanking
out of his arms when he'd failed miserably. He remembered the times
he'd tried to teach her
how to fight, so he wouldn't worry so much when he was away. Most of
all, he remembered the
day he came in to see a young copper-haired beauty sitting on one of
the more intact benches,
toying with a small white materia. He was shocked to see her, but she
didn't seem the least bit
surprised to see him. "You're not a Turk." she'd said, in a way that
indicated she already knew
the answer. He'd shaken his head anyway. She'd stood up and smiled
at him and his life had
never been the same.
Aeris kneeled down and ran some of the dark brown dirt through her hands.
"You know, we
never would have found this spot if you hadn't been trying to outdo
yourself." Zack glanced
down at her "It wasn't intentional you know." She hopped up and leaned
forward in her typical
manner. "I was just teasing sweetie. Now what's in the bag?" He grinned
and began to take out
some gardening tools. Aeris giggled "You really do know me don't you?"
*Not nearly as much
as I would like to.* he thought as he nodded. She kneeled down
beside him, slid on some
gloves and began to till the earth. Zack watched her a moment then
followed her example. The
pair worked in silence for almost an hour. Until, finally, the flowers
had a new home.
Zack leaned back and wiped a sweaty brow, trying to work out the kinks.
"This is harder than it
looks." he said. Aeris looked over the small circle of blooms and giggled
"It's worth it though.
These flowers will grow, and fill this space. I'll have enough to sell
within the year, and flowers
this unique should help rake in the gil." Zack grinned and reached
out to touch her cheek "I think
your pretty face rakes in the gil." She swatted his hand away before
he could "It won't if you get
me dirty. You forgot to put on gloves." Zack looked down at his filthy
hands "Uh, I guess you're
right." She slid off her gloves and carefully swept the dust off her
dress. "Well you can wash off
when we get to when we go home. You promised me you'd stay all day."
"Hold on a minute." he said turning to the long thin package. "I want
you to open this first." Aeris
took the plain box from his hands. "Zack, you've already given me enough
gifts...." Zack shook
his head "No this is for me, for my peace of mind." Aeris set the box
on a pew and lifted off the
top. A new Guard Stick and a pair of hollowed-out wrist guards
were inside, polished to a
mirror shine. "A...weapon?" she asked. Zack finished scrubbing his
hands on his pants leg and
reached out to touch her arm. "I worry about you. I know you're always
walking around
unarmed. I don't want you to be defenseless if someone tries to hurt
you when I'm not around. I
can't always be here to protect you." Aeris looked at him a little
sadly, "I know Zack. It's just
that I hate to hurt people, you know that."
Zack nodded, "Yes, I do. That's why I love you, but...." he cut off
when she suddenly grabbed
him, hugging him close. "Wha..what was that for? Not that I'm complaining
or anything..." Aeris
looked at him with tears of joy shining in her eyes, "You just said
you love me." she cried.
"Haven't I told you that before?" he asked. She punched him in the
gut "You know you haven't
stupid." Zack grunted, she could hit hard when she wanted to. "And
I thought you were gentle."
She smiled and gave him a quick peck on the lips. "Only when I think
you deserve it you jerk."
Zack raised an eyebrow "Oh, so now I'm a jerk?" he asked. "Yeah," she
replied " a dear,
sweet, lovable jerk I simply adore." Zack grinned and pulled her close.
"I adore you to Aeris."
They looked into each other's eyes for a long moment, then Zack leaned
down and kissed her
tenderly. She pressed against him as he deepened the kiss. His tongue
flicked against her lips
and she opened to give him access. She gently sucked on his tongue
a moment before twirling it
with her own. Zack dropped his hands down to rub her back and pulled
away a moment to
change the angle of his head, before plunging back into the kiss.
Aeris let out a sigh of
disappointment when he slowly moved away moments later. She appreciated
the fact that he
never pressed her, but it had been a year, and she really wanted to
be with him.
Zack held onto her wrists, picked up the wrist guards, and slipped the
bands of concave metal
over them. "The hollows are to fit accessories over, just in case you
ever want to use them." he
said as she ran a finger along the u-shaped curve. Then he turned and
lifted up the Guard Stick,
setting the thin, light staff in her hands. "Here, this should do until
you improve your skills. It even
has a materia slot, just in case you ever figure out what yours is
for." He walked a few feet away
and unsheathed his sword. "Ok, now try to get in a hit. I want to see
how hard you've been
practicing." Aeris leaned on her staff and looked at him a little dryly,
"You know that sword is
almost as big as you are, and the way you hold it....well it makes
me think you're just a little too
happy to see me." Zack's jaw dropped and Aeris quickly took advantage
of his lowered
defenses, leaping forward and landing a solid blow to his head with
a loud [CLUNK].
Zack winced and rubbed the large bruise that was rapidly forming on
his forehead. "Aeris
Gainsborough, that was a cheap shot." She bit her tongue and grinned
unabashedly. "You
always said it's best to catch your opponents by surprise." Zack grumbled
a little as his eyes
stopped watering and the sting began to fade. "Yeah, I guess I did."
Aeris rose on her tiptoes
and kissed the wound gently. "Better?" she asked. Zack smiled, "Yeah,
better." He put up his
sword and placed his hands on her shoulders. "Aeris?" "Yes?" "I am
happy to see you." Aeris
glanced down and Zack flipped her over his shoulder. "Ooof!" she cried
as she landed. "You
big oaf! How dare you!!!" Zack quickly straddled her hips and held
down her wrists before she
could deck him. "Now who let down their guard?" he chuckled.
She proceeded to tell him off in a way that was quite impressive considering
not a single dirty
word crossed her lips and tried to buck him off. He stopped grinning
as he realized he really
was getting a little too happy to see her. Aeris noticed the change
in his expression and glanced
down to see an erection tenting his loose navy blue pants. Both
blushed and Zack quickly
stood up and looked away. "I'm sorry Aeris, that was uncalled for.
I didn't mean to be such
jerk." Aeris slowly got to her feet, her anger completely forgotten.
He wanted her!! She tried to
ignore it, but part of her was always afraid that he'd find some buxom
blonde bimbo while he
was off fighting and forget she existed.
Zack's apprehension grew as the silence stretched out. *Oh God, I've
offended her.* He tried
to think of something glib to say, something to break the tension,
but all his handy one-liners
seemed to be beyond his grasp. "Aeris, I..." he broke off when he felt
her lean against his back.
"It's okay Zack. I'm glad you want me that way, because I want you
that way to." Zack turned
around and looked down at her "Really?" She met his gaze "Yes, really."
An expression of
joyful amazement crossed his face and he hugged her close. Then he
leaned down an caught lips
in another kiss. A kiss that took her breath away, from the raw passion
behind it, the passion
he'd been holding back for months now. She buried her hands in his
dark silky hair and tried to
pour her own desire into kissing him back.
Suddenly he pulled away and she groaned in disappointment. "Why did
you stop?" Zack smiled
at her, "Because if we keep this up we'll be back on the ground again
before long." She
whispered "Oh, is that a bad thing?" Zack touched his forehead to hers
marveling at her naiveté.
"Aeris, I want to show you how much I want you very much, but this
really isn't the place." She
blushed a little, she'd gotten so caught up she'd forgotten they were
in an area anyone could
walk into. Zack quickly gathered the scattered tools and slung the
bag over his shoulder again.
"Come on, we should be able to get in a few hours together before your
mother starts to
worry." *Hours?* thought Aeris "I heard it only takes minutes."
she said.
Zack stopped in the middle of the aisle and looked at her. "Only if
you're just after release." he
told her "I want to make love to you, I want to show you how much I
care about you, and that's
going to take time." Aeris gave him an appraising look "You sound as
if you're experienced."
Zack blushed. "It was before I met you. I was the youngest guy in SOLDIER
then, and the guys
felt they should errmmm.....educate me." Aeris shook her head in exasperation.
"Typical." Zack
reached out and held her chin "Aeris, I've never wanted anyone else
since the day I met you.
You're very special too me." She looked into he those deep blue eyes,
and sensing no
subterfuge she grinned and touched his cheek. "I believe you."
The couple headed to Wall Street and stopped at the bar for dinner.
They sat at the table
feeding tidbits to each other and talking about his adventures in SOLDIER.
"I met Strife a few
months ago, you'd like him. He's pretty cool. He reminds me of what
I was like when I was
younger." Aeris smiled, "You talk like you're fifty or something, you're
only nineteen Zack." He
grinned "And fast approaching thirty. Besides, military years are completely
different from
civilian years." Aeris giggled "Yeah, yeah, whatever." The meal was
over quickly and the pair
left the small building. "So, which hotel would you like to use? We
can go anywhere you want."
Aeris smiled, "It doesn't matter as long as I'm with you." Zack grinned
and made a quick call to
the Shinra Inn in Sector 1, he finally had a use for that marker.
Aeris looked around the huge room in wonder. "Zack, would you look at
this place. I think you
could fit my whole house in here." Now this was opulence. The rich
blue carpeting was thick,
deep, and extremely soft. A huge king sized bed was in the corner,
covered with white satin
sheets and enough pillows to cover her entire mattress at home. She'd
even glanced a jacuzzi in
the bathroom. "How can you afford this?" she asked. Zack grinned "The
manager owed me a
favor and I called it even if he agreed to give me the room for a while."
Aeris went over to the
balcony and threw open the doors. "That must have been some favor."
she said. "Just saved him
from certain death at the hands of some guy with a gun on his arm."
he replied as he rummaged
in the wet bar refrigerator. She chuckled and looked out over the lights
below, wishing she
could see the stars. "Do you think we could go outside Midgar one day?
Somewhere where we
can just look up at the stars without all the city lights getting in
the way?"
Zack pulled a bottle out of the fridge and looked over at her. "Sure,
Cosmo Canyon is a great
place to stargaze. I'll take you one day." She looked over her shoulder
and raised an eyebrow
as he held out a glass. "No alcohol, just fizz." he said as he placed
it in her hand. She took a
tentative sip, "Cider?" she asked. Zack nodded and began to sip
from his own glass. "It tastes
so different." she said as she took another sip and giggled. Zack took
a sniff of the bottle and
double-checked the label. "Nope, just cider." They fell into an uncomfortable
silence. Aeris
began to toy with her glass as she looked at Zack from under
her eyelashes. He was so very
handsome, so strong....a flash of him throwing her flitted through
her thoughts....and cocky,
couldn't forget cocky.
Zack misinterpreted her small frown. "Aeris if you're not ready we don't
have to do this. I won't
push you." Aeris smiled, "I know, and I appreciate it. I'm just a little
nervous, that's all." She
finished off the last of her drink and walked back inside to set the
glass on the bar. She turned
around just as Zack closed the doors behind him and pulled the curtains
shut. Aeris touched her
necklace, drawing strength from it like a talisman. Her mom had told
her a little about what to
expect her first time, but hearing and doing were very different things.
She just had to hope that
her inexperience wouldn't be a turn off for him.
Zack came over to her and set his glass beside hers, then turned and
took her hands. "You
don't have to be scared. If it gets too intense just tell me and I'll
stop." He unhooked a wrist
guard and set it on the bar as well. He'd already removed his own armor
and was wearing
nothing but his pants and the blue sleeveless turtleneck sweater he
favored. He ran a thumb
along the inside of her wrist before placing a light kiss just above
the pulse point. He put her arm
over his shoulder and repeated the process on her other wrist, a light
kiss and then both arms
were on his shoulders. He lifted her into his arms and walked over
to the bed and gently set her
on the end of bed. He kneeled on the floor in front of her and slid
off her jacket, tossing it into a
nearby chair. Then his slid his hands over her bare arms before he
sat back against his feet set
her foot in his lap and began to untie the boot.
He got one off, then began to struggle with the knot on the other, as
Aeris giggled at the
frustrated look on his face. Finally he worked it free and tossed it
over to it's companion.
"Remind me to get you some stretch boots one day." he said as he slid
off her socks. "Okay."
she said as she ran a hand through his tall ebony spikes. Then she
bent to slip the suspenders off
his shoulders and pulled off his sweater. There was a white tank top
underneath, which he
quickly pulled off, giving her her first good look at his naked chest.
He paused in the middle of
undoing the heavy metal waist of his pants, when he felt her hesitantly
touch his pecs. He closed
his eyes a moment and enjoyed the feeling of her soft hands, before
he finished freeing the
clasps and shed his pants. He stood up and lifted her to her feet as
well.
He yanked the comforter off the bed and tossed the extra pillows into
a huge pile in the corner.
He picked her up again, set her down in the middle off the bed, and
gently pressed her against
the sheets as he stretched out beside her. He met her eyes and slid
a hand down to slowly begin
pulling open the tiny snaps on her dress, ready to stop if she asked.
"Still okay?" he asked as he
approached her navel. She nodded and began to follow his hand with
her eyes, watching as he
exposed her bellybutton, then her white lace panties, before leaning
up to finish the rest of the
little fasteners. He slid his hands in one smooth motion from ankles
to breast, parting the bright
pink cotton.
She blushed a little as he stared at her chest, she was much smaller
than most of the other girls
she knew, even some who were younger than her. She didn't even need
a bra. Zack trailed a
finger along her cleavage and met her gaze, his intense blue eyes glowing
in a way that had
nothing to do with the Mako energy within him "You're beautiful Aeris,
just beautiful. Can I
touch you?" She nodded and he cupped one pert breast and stroked the
nipple with his thumb.
When it instantly pebbled, he brought his other hand to the second
breast, and began to stroke
it as well, gently kneading the soft flesh. Aeris sighed as pleasure
began to overtake her
embarrassment.
He leaned over her, his long black hair falling forward to tickle her
skin, pausing just above one
breast to look into her eyes. When he saw nothing but acceptance in
her gaze he bent and took
one nipple into his mouth, feeling a little jolt of desire when she
gasped and arched against him.
He kissed his way over to her other breast and gave it the same treatment,
listening to her
breath come in quick excited gasps. He reached over and slipped one
thin dress strap off her
shoulder, switched back to the other breast, and pulled the remaining
strap off as well, before
lifting her hips and pulling the dress from beneath her. He tossed
it over his shoulder and it
managed to land on top of the shoulder guard he'd removed earlier.
She let out a sigh of disappointment as he leaned back and began to
look at her. "What is it?"
she asked. Zack glanced up at her. "I want to remember you just
like this. I want to burn this
image into my memory." He looked over at the rose on the bedside table,
took the flower in his
hand and pulled off the petals with one quick tug. He set the stem
back down and sprinkled the
petals across her body and the sheets. "There, that's perfect." he
whispered taking in the sight of
her. Aeris lay there, a delicate blush staining her cheeks, the soft
red petals gracing her breasts,
hair and belly. One hand spread along her collarbone, and the other
demurely draped across the
slim white panties. "Absolutely perfect." he said trailing his finger
from her pendant to her belly
button. "Will you let me see all of you now?" The blush grew a little
deeper, as she whispered
"Yes."
Zack slid his thumbs under the snow white lace, hesitating a second
before quickly sliding them
off and tossing them aside. He trailed his hands along her exposed
skin, along her developing
curves, over one slim hip. He knew she would fill out a little more
before she stopped growing,
but at this moment she couldn't have been more beautiful to him. "Zack?"
he looked at her,
"Can I see you now too?" Zack glanced down at his briefs and nodded.
He rolled onto his back
and arched his hips to pull them off, then tossed them to the side
as well.
Aeris leaned up on one arm and looked at him. She still felt a little
shy, but it was drowned out
by a combination of curiosity and desire. She reached out to run her
hands along his chest. He
was all hard planes and smooth skin. She'd expected battle scars, but
there were none. Well,
none except the huge bruise on his forehead. Then she looked lower.
She wasn't sure what to
think of her first look at a man's member. He was fully erect, the
pink head just a few inches
away from his naval. He was about and inch and a half thick and a light
dusting of dark curls
covered his sack. She hesitantly reached down and touched him, taking
his length into her hand.
Zack bit his lip and tried not to hiss as heat flooded his system.
Aeris leaned closer and her long
ponytail brushed against his balls. He grunted and instinctively thrust
against her hand. She
quickly jumped back. "Did I do something wrong?" she asked.
Zack shook his head. "No, no it felt really nice." She smiled and continued
her explorations. "It's
so strange." she said as trailed a thumb against his sack. "You're
hard and soft all at once." Zack
let out a strangled chuckle, "Yeah, well that's just the way we're
put together." Aeris watched a
drop of precum pearl at his head and delicately touched a finger to
it. Zack bit his lip as he
watched the thin thread stretch out. She looked at it curiously, then
haltingly stuck out her
tongue to taste. It was salty and vaguely sweet, nothing to horrible,
and for some reason it made
her wet as well. She reached down to get some more, but Zack grabbed
her wrist.
"That feels really good Aeris, but I don't think I could take much more."
he replied to the
question in her eyes. "Here, lie down. I want to touch you now." Aeris
gave one last look at his
member, before she slid back up and lay down on the sheets. Zack leaned
against her and
cupped her neck as he bent down to kiss her, trailing his thumb along
her jaw. She sighed as his
hand slid from her neck and over her shoulder, his mouth following
close behind. He continued
his downward path, between her breasts, over her stomach. She jumped
a little when he dipped
his tongue into her bellybutton. He chuckled and leaned back up to
kiss her again.
Then he opened her legs, slipped his hand between her thighs and gently
rubbed her clit with his
thumb. She bit her lip and bucked against his hand. Zack continued
the small little circles against
the little nub as he slipped a couple fingers inside her, gently stretching
the walls. Aeris began to
whimper as a small knot of tension began to form in her belly. His
fingers delved a little deeper,
striking a small barrier, and the knot released in a hot wave of pleasure.
As she shuddered with
the orgasm, Zack pulled his fingers out and sucked them clean, then
decided he wanted to get a
better taste.
He got between her legs and began to lap at her outer labia. Aeris groaned
and buried her
hands in his cool raven hair. Encouraged, he trailed his tongue through
her slit, before slipping it
in as far as he could. Her tight walls clamped down on him squirting
juices into his mouth. He
swallowed the nectar down and wiped off his chin. "Are you ready?"
he asked. Aeris looked
deeply into his eyes. "Yes, make love to now Zack." He slid back up
along her body and
positioned himself at her entrance, using one hand to guide the
head inside her. Then he slowly
began to slide deeper. She fisted her hands in the sheets as he entered
her, feeling
incredibly...full. Finally, he reached her hymen. "Okay, Aeris. This
is going to hurt some, but it
should only be for a little while." She nodded, "I know, just do it."
Zack pulled back a bit, then
punched through the small muscle, wincing as she bit into his shoulder
to stop from crying out.
*It's only fair, pain for pain.* he thought. "You okay honey?"
She blinked away the tears and
shook her head "Yes, I'll be okay."
He lay still a moment, giving her time to adjust to the feeling of him
within her. When she began
to grind against him he began to move, slowly sliding in and out of
her, in deep firm strokes. He
propped up on his arms and looked down to where they were joined, watching
as his length
disappeared and reappeared into her. Aeris followed his gaze and felt
herself flash even hotter.
Zack looked into her eyes, then dropped his head down to catch her
lips in a hungry kiss. He
slowly unlocked his elbows, so he could feel her skin to skin and began
to trail kisses along her
throat. "Wow Aeris, it's so good. You feel so good." he whispered against
her temple.
She slid her arms around him and crushed herself against him. Her hips
began to meet his,
matching the rhythm of his thrusts and she began to whimper from the
new sensations crashing
through her system. "Zack, I feel so hot." He nuzzled her with his
chin, "I know, I feel it too."
Aeris began to feel another knot building in her gut, and knowing what
would follow this time,
she tried to rush towards it. "Shh, slow down. The build-up is worth
it." he whispered sliding his
hands down to her hips to slow her pace. "But...." he touched her lips
"Trust me." She stopped
resisting and allowed him to continue his slow, deep thrusts. Dropping
her head back as he
began to suck on her throat. Moaning as his hand slid up to stroke
her breasts. The ball of
tension in her belly began to grow tighter and larger. Then it exploded
in a swell of pleasure that
easily surpassed her first. Zack buried his face in her hair and followed
her as her clenching
muscles began to milk him dry. Aeris felt his hot scalding spurts splashing
against her walls
keeping her riding the crest of desire.
The young couple lay tangled in each other's arms, breathing heavily.
Before exhaustion could
set in, Zack dragged the sheets over them, pulling her close. "Thank
you, Aeris. Thank you for
letting me be your first." he whispered kissing her forehead. Aeris
smiled and pulled him to her
lips. "No Zack, thank you for showing me that you love me." They cuddled
for a moment,
before she drifted off to sleep. Zack looked down at her tenderly.
She really was something
special. He was still floating from the aftermath. "I think I'm loosing
myself in you Aeris," he
whispered as he let sleep pull him down, holding onto her like a lifeline.
"and right now I don't
mind it one bit."
Aeris woke up about thirty minutes later. The quick nap had refreshed
her, and she looked over
at Zack, studying features left soft in sleep. He looked almost, innocent.
She trailed her fingers
along his upswept eyebrows. His eyes snapped open, the military training
letting him slide from
deep sleep to wide awake fairly quickly. "Hello there." she whispered.
"Hello, yourself." he said
sitting up. He took her by the shoulders and looked into her eyes.
"Are you okay? No pain, no
regrets?" Aeris shook her head. "No, I'm fine." Zack sighed in relief.
Then he slid out of bed and
stretched, lifting an eyebrow when she blushed. "Still shy after all
that?" Aeris huffed and turned
her head away. "Come on Aeris, I'm just teasing." He flicked back the
sheets and took her into
his arms. "Zack! What do you think you're doing?" He looked at her
with a sober expression.
"We're taking a bath, unless you want to go home smelling like sex."
She giggled and shook her
head curling her arms around his neck as he made his way to the bathroom.
Aeris sighed as the jets of warm water brushed over her body. "Damn,
I should have brought
my own soap. Now I'm going to smell like lemon sherbet." Zack growled.
Aeris sat up and
grinned. "That's what you get for not sniffing before you pour." He
glanced at her, unamused.
"Every other hotel in the world is smart enough to use something more
unisexual." She cupped
her hands and squirted him. "Don't complain, it's better than what
we used to smell like." He
wiped the water out of his eyes and grinned evilly. "You shouldn't
start something you're not
willing to finish sweetheart." He grabbed her ankle and yanked her
under. "Ooo, you!" she
sputtered as she came back up and splashed him. The two teens began
an all out water war
before having to declare a truce due to a mutual laughing fit. They
got out of the jacuzzi and
dried each other off, then went back into the room to put on their
clothes.
Zack was just pulling on his shoulder guard when Aeris came to stand
in front of him. She was
fully clothed again, only a slight stain from kneeling on the ground
in the church marring her
otherwise pristine appearance. "Are you ready to go home now?" he asked.
She shook her
head, "No, I'd have liked to stay longer." He smiled as he finished
attaching the large metal pad.
"I don't think your mother could take it, we're going to be pretty
late as is." Aeris tilted her head,
"What, has it been that long already?" Zack chuckled and showed her
his watch. "We've been
gone for six hours Aeris." Her jaw dropped a little in shock. "Oh my!"
He stood up and kissed
her cheek, "We'll go out again tomorrow. I still have two more days
left before I have go back
to Junon, and I plan to spend all of them with you. For now though,
I need to get you home."
They reached her house far too soon for her tastes, and she turned to
him before going inside.
"Promise me you're going to come back to me Zack." she said suddenly.
He looked at her
strangely. "I told you, I'll be back tomorrow." She shook her head,
"No, I mean the next time
you have to go on a mission. Promise you'll come back to me." Zack
smiled and pulled her into
his arms, "Not even death could keep me away." he whispered.
