This is the most magnificent waterfall in the Hamilton Area where their is water in Logies Creek, in my personal opinion.   Its just 4 meters shy of Niagara and just as amazing.  The only down side is that its creek is not large and dry's up quite quickly but its does respond well to rain storms.  Luckly for waterfall enthusiests the Hamilton Conservation authority built a pair of viewing platforms that over look the falls and give a magnificant view.   Another bonus to this waterfall is that it is close to another very lovely waterfall, Webster's falls.  Access to the base of this falls requires a hike of about 1 hour.  It requires walking to Webster Falls climbing down the stairs there and following the trail along side  Spencer's Creek the trail has a few ups and down as you get near the spot where Logie's Creek empties into Spencer's Creek the trail makes a 90 degree turn to the right heading south,  just a little past this point you come upon a spot where the main trail contiues south but a side trail makes a 180 degree turn to the left towards the north and takes you down to the side of Spencer creek and there infront of you will be Logie's Creek emptying into Spencer Creek.  You will now need to cross Spencer Creek then follow Logie's Creek up the gorge from the point where Logie's Creek drains into Spence's Creek  and for about 20 meters there are some small waterfalls and cacades and just some Rapids for another 50m then
Baby Tew's. You will see here that your only option is to go around this falls on the east side from this point on its relativly easy going and soon enough you will arrive at the bottom of Tew's Falls.  Well Down in the gorge watch for the Giant Millipedes,  As far as I know they won't hurt you please don't step on them.  they are numerous as you climb up around Baby Tews.
